Cancellation Policy

Provided the order has not shipped, all order cancellations are subject to a $20.00 fee. If the order has already been shipped and is cancelled or refused, shipping charges will not be refunded and the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee upon arrival back to AmericanHVACparts.com. Any Custom orders where the product has already been fabricated/manufactured or parts shipped from the manufactures warehouse, cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be issued.

Air Compressor cancellations

Air compressor cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Orders subject to change

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason. Customer will be contacted and advised as to the reason. (I.E. Pricing errors, Out of delivery area, product availability, etc.)
