This New Upgraded Gas Valve 7200 Series can be used on most all older models of furnaces that use a Thermocouple are 24 volts.
Replaces Older Model Carrier, Essex Gas Valves:58DS125-1, 58DS100-2.
This Robertshaw Gas Valve is used on many Coleman and Intertherm MOBILE HOME FURNACES.
This Robertshaw Gas Valve is designed for a step opening to allow a very smooth lighting of main burners.
This Gas Valve also has side taps if needed for some Coleman Furnaces and comes with (1) 1/2" x 3/8" reducing busning if needed.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION:
In some Mobile Home Furnaces this Gas Valve sits on a metal bracket with two screws that are attached to the Bottom of the gas valve.
When Replaceing the exist gas valve with this new gas valve you may need to drill new mounting screw holes into the existing bracket to line up with the mounting holes on the
bottom of the new gas valve.
GAS VALVE OPERATION:Ignition of Gas Pressure starts at about 25% and within 30 seconds the gas valve is running at 100% of gas flow for very quiet operation of burners.
