MOTOR INSTALLATION
In some older model A/C units the shaft on the old motor may be shorter than the shaft on the new replacement motor. The new replacement motor shaft is designed be cut to the correct length ONLY if the length of the shaft would be in the way of installation in most cases the length of the shaft will be fine
